William Diller

William Diller earned a B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) before moving to Boston, Massachusetts where he earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, graduating amongst the top of his class. William served as the editor-in-chief of the Suffolk University Law Review ('69) and was its first law school graduate selected to clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the State's highest court, in 1970. After working for two of the City's most reputable law firms, William went into private practice and founded the firm.

William, an experienced and accomplished personal injury lawyer, has worked together with other experienced and accomplished personal injury lawyers handling many complex and significant personal injury cases over the years. William has developed a strong reputation for successfully strategizing and efficiently handling such cases. During his forty-plus year career, William has successfully handled a multitude of cases ranging from the standard auto accident to complex medical malpractice case. Marc Diller

Marc Diller majored in English and communications and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. Marc started working at the Law Offices of William Diller in 1995. Marc and William practiced law together since 1999. In 2013, Marc started DILLER LAW, P.C.

Marc is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Boston Inn of Courts. Marc also speaks Spanish.

David Mehan, personal injury lawyer at Diller and Diller attorneys at law

David Mehan received a B.A. from Fairfield University in 2005 and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. During his time at Suffolk, David earned numerous recognitions and several awards for scholastic achievement in the field of law. Since he started in 2009, David has worked on a variety of personal injury cases, resulting in significant outcomes in favor of the firm's clientele. His recent experiences include serving as co-counsel in a jury trial resulting in a plaintiff's verdict for Diller Law, P.C.'s client as well as the settlement at mediation of a complicated personal injury case. Shaun DeSantis, personal injury lawyer at Diller and Diller attorneys at law

Shaun DeSantis received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern Unversity University in 2003 and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. Shaun is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Shaun started working with Attorneys Diller since 2007 during which time he has worked on a variety of personal injury cases involving, but not limited to, motor vehicle torts, products liability, worker's compensation, slip and fall, and general premise liability. His recent experiences include serving as co-counsel in a trial resulting in a $500,000 settlement mid-trial as well as working on several mediations resulting in six figure settlements. Shaun continues to handle various personal injury cases at all stages of civil practice. Shaun is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations.

Dennis Charolle, of counsel at Diller and Diller attorneys at law

Dennis Charolle is of counsel at Diller Law, P.C. Attorneys at Law. He majored in International Relations and earned a B.A. from Boston University in 1996 and a JD with a concentration in Business Law from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. Dennis a member of the Massachusetts Bar since December 1999.

Dennis has worked in Boston, London, Moscow, Paris, New York and Puerto Rico as a Business Development Director, In-House Counsel, Associate Manager, General Manager and President. His experience includes multinational internet startups companies specializing in social media, health and technology and publishing. Dennis has also owned and operated his own business ventures in the Food & Beverage field including a live music venue in New York, a highly ranked fine dining restaurant in Puerto Rico and a nightclub/lounge in Puerto Rico. Currently Dennis resides in Boston where he specializes in small business law and assists local entrepreneurs in their ventures locally and internationally. Dennis speaks fluent Russian, basic Spanish and partial French.
