Marc Diller
majored in English and communications and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. Marc worked in law with William since 1995 and in 1999 Marc and William formed DILLER & DILLER together.
Marc has handled all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to trial. Over the years, Marc has successfully resolved a multitude of cases through trial, litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement. In practice, Marc has tried and argued cases in many of the courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Marc has handled different types of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: liquor liability, products liability, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, insurance coverage disputes, medical negligence, dog bites, property losses, consumer protection cases, MBTA cases and State tort claims. Marc has developed a strong reputation for his aggressive, yet practical approach to litigating and resolving personal injury cases.
In 2010, Marc was awarded the Rudman Prize for trial advocacy from MCLE and he was lead counsel in a case listed by Massachusetts Lawyerís Weekly as the top 10 opinions of 2010, Lev. v. Beverly Enterprises-Massachusetts, Inc.. Marc is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Boston Inn of Courts. Marc also speaks Spanish.
