William Diller

William Diller earned a B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) before he moved to Boston, Massachusetts and earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School graduating amongst the top of his class. William served as the editor-in-chief of the Suffolk University Law Review ('69) and was their first Law School graduate selected to clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the State's highest court, in 1970. After working for two of the City's most reputable law firms, William went into private practice and founded the firm, now known as DILLER & DILLER.

William, an experienced and accomplished personal injury lawyer, has worked together with other experienced and accomplished personal injury lawyers handling many complex and significant personal injury cases over the years. He developed a strong reputation for successfully strategizing and efficiently handling such cases. During his nearly forty-year career, William has successfully handled a multitude of cases ranging from the standard auto accident to the most complex medical malpractice case. William is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Marc Diller

Marc Diller majored in english and communicatoins and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. Marc worked in law with William since 1995 and in 1999 Marc and William formed DILLER & DILLER together.

Marc has handled all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to trial. Over the years, Marc has successfully resolved a multitude of cases through trial, litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement. In the years since he joined William, Marc has experience handling different types of personal injury cases including, but not limited to, liquor liability, products liability, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, insurance coverage disputes, medical negligence, dog bites, property losses, consumer protection cases and State tort claims. Marc has developed a reputation for his aggressive, yet practical approach to litigating and resolving personal injury cases. Marc is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Bar Association. Marc speaks Spanish fluently.

Benjamin Ian Julier

Benjamin Ian Julier has represented plaintiffs for most of his legal career. Mr. Julier received his B.A. in English from UMASS-Amherst and his J.D. from Cornell University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Julier worked for the civil division of the Legal Aid Society in the Bronx, N.Y., and worked for a semster on the Cornell Death Penalty Clinic. Mr. Julier was a Symposium Editor of the Cornell Law Review, received several prestigious academic awards, and graduated cum laude.

After law school Mr. Julier clerked for Justice Richard N. Palmer of the Connecticut Surpreme Court, and went on to work for plaintiff-oriented civil litigation firms in Vineyard Haven, MA and in San Francisco, CA. He has successfully tried several cases in Massachusetts, has extensive civil litigation experience, and is skilled at prevailing in civl matters through dispositive motions and careful discovery.

Mr. Julier is admitted to the State Bars of Massachusetts and California, and is also admited to practice in both the Federal Northern District of Calfiornia and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
