Bruce Murray is a dedicated trial attorney with nearly 40 years of experience in personal injury litigation and complex trial work since 1987.  He is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments.

Before representing plaintiffs, he spent years as an insurance defense attorney—giving him an insider’s understanding of how insurance companies operate, evaluate claims, and defend cases. Today, that knowledge gives Bruce a strategic advantage to level the playing field against insurance companies and large corporations, and maximize results for his clients.

As a seasoned trial attorney, Bruce’s practice focuses on personal injury and complex liability cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death, construction site accidents, pharmacy errors and omissions, homeowner’s liability, dog bites, lead paint poisoning, product liability, food-borne illnesses, property damage, unfair business practices (c. 93A, c. 176D), insurance claims, arbitration and mediation. His mission is simple: to protect your rights and fight for the compensation you deserve.

Bruce graduated cum laude from New England School of Law and the University of Rhode Island. Over the years, he has earned recognition for his skill and results, including being named a Top Attorney in North America by Who’s Who Directories and securing one of Massachusetts’ top ten defense verdicts, as reported by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

He is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. With more than 100 cases tried to verdict-including over 70 jury trials- Bruce brings unmatched courtroom experience to every case. He also shares his knowledge through lectures on trial practice and premises liability. He has served as a volunteer judge for the MBA High School Mock Trial Tournament and Suffolk Law School Mock Trial Tournament, and as a volunteer conciliator in the Brockton, Stoughton, and Quincy District Courts.

Outside the courtroom, Bruce is committed to community service. He has volunteered with Youth Enrichment Services and the Fresh Air Fund, serving as a host family for many years.

If you have been injured, you need someone who knows how the other side thinks. He combines his decades of trial experience with insider knowledge of insurance defense strategies to fight for the justice you deserve. Bruce is here to guide you every step of the way.
