Coming from a military family, relocating and change became second nature to Dan. Moving to five different states before his 13th birthday afforded him the opportunity to develop the skills needed to deal with uncertainty and the unknown. As a result, Dan learned how to quickly connect with people, a skill that has served him well into his adult life. His ability to adapt and to cope helps him connect with his injured clients who are navigating their own uncertainty and fears of the unknown. Dan embraces a teamwork mentality and enjoys developing trust and lasting relationships with his clients.
Dan started his legal career representing clients in personal injury matters at a medium sized law firm in the Boston area. After a few years, Dan sought opportunities to improve his trial skills and to understand deeply the intricacies of trial advocacy and trial science. Dan was selected to work with Total Trial Solutions where he conducted jury research, studied why juries make decisions, and helped other trial lawyers develop case theories and strategies. During his time at Total Trial Solutions, Dan worked intimately on multiple cases that became seven and eight figure settlements and verdicts, some of which were amongst the largest settlements and verdicts in Massachusetts in 2019 and 2020. Dan is excited about bringing his passion for helping injured people and his impressive experience to DILLER LAW’s trial team.
Dan received a B.A. from University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2012 and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2016.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors to hike or go backpacking, and watching the Bruins.
