PERSONAL STORY
Originally from the Midwest, Scott was raised in Kansas and spent seven years living in New York City before settling in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he has lived for more than three decades.
The move from New York to Boston came as a result of his wife’s career change.
At that time, Scott embraced the role of full-time parent to their daughter, later continuing as an at-home father after the birth of their second daughter. He considers it a profound privilege to have played such an active role in raising his children and helping guide them into thoughtful, capable adults.
His experience supporting his daughters’ emotional growth and curiosity about the world inspired a transition into early childhood education. That is when Scott decided to get certified and become a preschool teacher.
As a preschool teacher, he dedicated himself to nurturing young learners and supporting their families, building meaningful relationships throughout the community and contributing positively to the town he calls home.
His path into the legal field began when a close friend, Scott Goldberg, invited him to help organize and manage his caseload. What began as an opportunity to assist a friend soon became a deeply rewarding professional pursuit. He discovered a genuine passion for working as a legal assistant where he could combine his organizational strengths, educational background, and commitment to helping others with the pursuit of justice.
As his work in the legal field grew, he became involved in assisting with a number of ongoing client matters that later transitioned to the team at Diller Law. Marc Diller welcomed him to the firm, where he embraced the opportunity to continue supporting clients as part of a dedicated and collaborative team. In his role at Diller Law, he remains committed to serving the community, helping clients tell their stories, and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the legal process.
Outside the office, he is a devoted family man and an enthusiastic sports fan, proudly supporting the New England Patriots, New York Yankees, and Duke Blue Devils men’s basketball. He also enjoys jigsaw puzzles, live music, going to the movies, and exploring craft beers.
